Terms And Conditions

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU AND ORDER PLACEMENT

  1. By placing an order with Sistaco Pty Ltd you agree to these Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time of your order.
  2. A binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and your payment is accepted. Your Order Confirmation email confirms this contract.
  3. You must be over 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract under New Zealand law.
  4. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is displayed in error or payment cannot be authorised. If we do, we will refund you in full.
  5. Please check your order, shipping address and contact details carefully before completing payment, as orders cannot be changed once placed.

SHIPPING AND ORDER DETAILS

  1. Our orders are processed automatically and proceed to our warehouse immediately after checkout. For this reason, cancellations or changes are generally not possible once an order has been placed.
  2. Once you place an order you are bound by it, unless we tell you a product is out of stock.
  3. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  4. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  5. Goods lost in transit will not be refunded. Where you purchased Parcel Protection, its terms apply. If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at hello@sistaco.com and we will look into it for you.
  6. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, you are responsible for the redelivery costs.
  7. Prices may change without notice and are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY RIGHTS

  1. Cancellations. Orders are automated and advance to our warehouse immediately, so they generally cannot be cancelled once placed.
  2. Refunds. Our system is fit for purpose and is a hygiene and cosmetic product, so we only offer refunds for faulty goods. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, including where products are unopened, or where a product is not suitable for your individual skin, nail or health condition. If you have a known allergy or medical condition, please check the ingredients and seek medical advice before ordering.
  3. Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
  4. Faulty goods. If you believe your goods are faulty, please email hello@sistaco.com with reasonable evidence, such as photos or a video. We will assess the goods and, where they are faulty, offer a replacement as required by law. Goods are not faulty where the issue results from negligence, misuse or not following our instructions, by you or any third party.
  5. Free gifts. Goods provided as a free gift are not covered by warranty.
  6. Returns. Where a return is approved for a faulty item, goods are returned at your own expense and you are responsible for their safe return. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will reimburse the return freight.
  7. Missing or damaged items. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos.
  8. Refund timing. Any refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  1. Copyright. All images, trademarks and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Sistaco Pty Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.
  2. Disclaimer. Information on this website is provided in good faith but we do not guarantee its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of this website or our products.
  3. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Sistaco Pty Ltd (ACN 149 910 225) is an Australian company based in Brisbane, Queensland.
