Ordering & Delivery

Is it actually worth the price?

Yes, and this is the bit we're most proud of. If you bought everything inside separately, you'd pay well over what the calendar costs. You're getting more for free than ever before.

Can you tell me what's inside?

We're keeping it a surprise, because that's the whole fun of it. Here's what we can say. There are multiple types of Sistaco mineral powders and lots of exclusive brand new shades. Some doors hide more than one item, so you end up with more than 12 products.

Are the shades all Christmas shades? Will I wear them in January?

The collection was designed to be worn all year, not packed away with the tree.

Are there holographic / matte shades?

We can't tell you exactly which types, but there are multiple types of Sistaco powders inside. If you like variety, you'll be happy.

Do I have to wait until December to open it?

Nope. Save it for the 12 days of Christmas, use it as a countdown to anything you like or open the lot in one sitting. It's your calendar, so we won't tell.

Twelve days won't be enough for me. Can I make it longer?

You can. Add the 25-Day Edition and run them back to back for a 37-day countdown. Nothing inside repeats, so every door is still a surprise. Open your 12-Day early as a countdown to Halloween or Thanksgiving, then start the 25-Day on December 1. If you've ever been sad when the calendar ends, this is your fix.

I'm new to Sistaco. Can I still use it?

Yes. The shades work with the Mineral Bond System, so you'll need your Mineral Bond essentials and lamp to wear them. If you're brand new, add a starter kit and you're set. It also makes an amazing gift for someone who already loves their Sistaco.

I bought last year's calendar. Is this the same stuff?

Not even close. Everything inside is exclusive and never seen before - new shades, new products, nothing from last year and nothing from our current range.

How big is it? What do I do with the box afterwards?

It's 48.5 × 30.5 × 48.5 cm and comes in a keepsake presentation case that's made to be reused. Most people end up using it to store their Sistaco collection.

When will it arrive? Will I get it before December 1?

Absolutely. All Christmas calendars will be delivered before December 1st in all countries.

Will it sell out? Will you restock?

It will, and no. This is a limited-edition run and quantities are small. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Is shipping free?

Yes. The 12-Day Edition ships free.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout.
